For your consideration today, I am offering this primitive spring chick gathering. This set includes three chicks and three eggs, nestled in an antique baking pan.
The chicks are made from painted and primmed muslin and are based on a pattern from Hidden in the Attic. They have attached wings and little wired feet. I added french knot eyes and painted their beaks and then did lots of shading for a nice prim look. The chicks are not attached to the pan so they may be displayed separately if you wish. Two of the chicks are approximately 6" tall and one is approximately 6" wide.
